Livingston is the Italian carrier for leisure flights, both charter and scheduled, owned by Ventaglio Group. Livingston was founded in March 2003 and, since September 2005, it has taken over both the long-haul scheduled flights and fleet of Lauda Air Italia (the airline founded, in 1991, by former Formula 1 Pilot Niki Lauda), until then part - together with Livingston - of the holding for air transport Livingston Aviation Group, also owned by the Tour Operator from Milan.
